Job summary

REALION GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Operations professional in Singapore to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing and HR advisory. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR operations with strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office. This position is based in Chai Chee/Toa Payoh, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining confidential employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and preparation of job offers.
• Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions.
• Administer monthly payroll processing, including attendance verification, overtime calculations, leave records, statutory contributions, payroll reconciliation, and ensuring timely and accurate salary payments in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle all work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related administrative matters, ensuring compliance with prevailing employment and immigration regulations.
• Provide HR advisory and first-level support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related queries.
• Liaise with training providers on course registrations, scheduling, and payment processing.
• Assist in planning and organising staff engagement and welfare activities.
• Support the handling of employee grievances and complaints, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Ensure HR practices and processes comply with local employment laws and statutory regulations.
