Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations across its manufacturing and trading interests in Singapore.

Based at Promenade/Esplanade, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records, ensuring timely work pass processing and regulatory compliance. You will handle monthly payroll and CPF contributions, maintain confidential employee files, monitor attendance and leave, and support manpower planning with management.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
• Hands-on experience handling Work Permit and S Pass applications.
• Proficient in payroll processing, CPF submissions, and HR administration.
• Familiar with employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage HR operations independently across multiple companies.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations across multiple companies in the manufacturing, marine engineering, and trading industries.
• Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records.
• Handle Work Permit and S Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM employment regulations and HR policies.
• Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, and CPF contributions.
• Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative matters.
• Coordinate with management on manpower planning and HR operational requirements.
• Support employee relations and resolve HR-related enquiries.
