Job summary

Leila Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR & Operations Executive to support both our people and daily restaurant operations. This dual-role spans recruiting, HR administration and workforce planning, through to managing SOPs and day-to-day operations.

You will work closely with management and the operations team to build systems and processes, solve problems and keep the restaurant running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. 12 Teck Lim Rd, Singapore.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in F&B, hospitality or restaurant roles, with HR and operations exposure.
• Strong HR and administrative experience with knowledge of F&B manpower.
• Able to manage people matters and operational challenges.
• Excellent recruitment and interviewing skills for F&B talent.
• Highly organised, process-driven and proactive.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience with HRIS, POS or other business systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, leave and HR administration.
• Lead recruitment for service, kitchen, operations and support positions.
• Support manpower planning with management.
• Ensure employees follow policies and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Support restaurant operations and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and systems.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and cost control.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors and manage scheduling where needed.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and improvements.
• Be the go-to person for HR and operations queries.
