Leila Singapore is seeking a hands-on HR & Operations Executive to support both our people and day-to-day restaurant operations.

This dual-role position will involve hiring the right people, building effective HR processes, and managing operational matters to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

You will work closely with management and the operations team to build systems, improve processes and make a real impact on how the business operates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant F&B, hospitality or restaurant experience.
• Strong HR and administrative experience with understanding of F&B manpower and workplace operations.
• Ability to handle both people matters and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR matters including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave and HR administration.
• Lead recruitment for service, kitchen, operations and support positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning with management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
