Job summary

Q.B. Food Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Manager for a five-month maternity cover.

You will oversee day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and statutory compliance to ensure continuous HR services across the organisation. Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, HR Manager or generalist role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, CPF and work pass regulations.
• Experience in end-to-end HR operations, payroll, recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience with local and foreign workforce is an advantage.
• Proficient in HR systems, payroll systems and MS Office.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Available for the full five-month contract period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure timely, accurate HR processes.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, transfers, changes and offboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer leave, attendance, medical claims and benefits.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary adjustments.
• Ensure timely CPF contributions and statutory declarations.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support HR with employee relations, performance management and counselling.
