Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing HR/Business degree or diploma.
• Proficiency in Excel for tabulations and data analysis.
• Familiar with MS Office and Google Workspace; Power Automate/Power BI an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft and document SOPs for absence tracking, overtime, flexi staffing, and related workflows.
• Map current processes and identify opportunities to streamline via automation.
• Support data entry, wage calculations for flexi workers, and related statistics.
• Conduct internal audits related to OT, absence, and disciplinary incidents (DIs).
