Key Responsibilities

• 1) Data Compilation and Analysis
• 2) Contribute to ongoing safety and process improvement initiatives, opportunity to develop Critical Thinking skills and Project Management capabilities
• 3) Involve in the study and analysis of cargo operational trends. Apply theoretical knowledge in the context of Air Hub Operations. Provide improvement suggestions and develop a deeper understanding of operational realities
• 4) Support Managers and AOs in daily activities, including interactions with leading Airlines and Freight Forwarders, incident investigation, running operations and employee engagement activities.
• 5) Conduct audits and highlight trends
• 6) Support with communication materials to staff

Key Requirements

• 1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Powerautomate & etc.
• 2. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• 3. Good presentation and time management skills
• 4. Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• 5. Interest in the Aviation industry
