Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and work-pass processing activities. The role focuses on processing work-pass applications, handling HR cases, and ensuring SLAs are met while coordinating with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma/degree in HR or related field with 1–2 years of HR operations or administrative experience. The position is a 6-month contract, fully onsite at WEST, Kent Ridge, with Monday-Friday

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant HR operations or administrative experience.
• Experience in work-pass processing or MOM-related transactions will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines.
• Good communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable with a 6-month contract and fully onsite work arrangement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP SuccessFactors experience will be an advantage.

Salary: $3,300–$3,500/month

Contract duration: 6 months

Working arrangement: Fully onsite

Working Location: WEST, Kent Ridge

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm
