Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Operations professional to support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. You will handle onboarding administration, employee screenings, and offer letters, while coordinating movement and work-pass processes with local regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication to collaborate with HR Partners and other teams, ensuring accurate documentation and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration or related discipline.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in handling employee data and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle with policy and local regulation compliance.
• Manage onboarding administration including screenings and offer letters.
• Initiate post-employment screenings and flag discrepancies to HR Partners.
• Coordinate employee movements including transfers, secondments, and cessations.
• Manage work pass applications and renewals for employees and dependants.
• Ensure employee documents are filed and stored accurately within timelines.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and HR teams to deliver HR services smoothly.
• Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring activities are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Manage onboarding administration, including employee screenings, preparation and issuance of offer letters and employee declarations.
• Initiate post-employment screenings and highlight discrepancies identified in screening reports to the relevant HR Business Partners.
• Coordinate employee movement activities including transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment and cessation of employment.
• Manage work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or their dependants.
• Ensure employee documents are filed and stored accurately and within required timelines.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
• Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee movements and offboarding.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling employee data and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
