Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is recruiting for an HR Operations role in Singapore. The candidate will support onboarding and offboarding initiatives, drive HR digitalisation, and streamline processes. Salary & Benefits

Roles & Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Process Improvement
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes, including workflow streamlining and automation initiatives.
• Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, including the implementation of digital personnel records and other HR process improvements.
• Employer Branding & Communications
• Support employer branding initiatives, including content development, social media management and employee engagement communications.
• HR Policies & Employee Engagement
• Review and update HR policies and guidelines to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition programmes and corporate events.
• Other Duties
• Support HR projects and perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, employee engagement, employer branding, or HR project coordination will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing communication materials or managing digital platforms being an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with digital tools and technologies to support HR operations and process automation.
