Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited invites applications for an Associate, HR Shared Services. You will report to the Manager of HR Shared Services and support onboarding, HR data management, and HRIS coordination across the division.

The role includes managing high-volume onboarding, liaising with Recruitment, HR Business Partners and the HRIS team, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource.
• 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Able to manage high volumes, work under tight timelines and respond positively to changing priorities.
• Meticulous and strong attention to details, able to handle large volume of data on spreadsheet with due care.
• Strong in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Excel.
• Take initiative to propose solution on work issues.
• Experience in HR Shared Services environment and SuccessFactors system is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full onboarding and orientation activities to ensure smooth and seamless candidates experience. Functions as the main liaison amongst recruitment, HR Business Partners and HRIS team to enable smooth HR services provision, alignment and connecting the dots effectively.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the shared services centre to ensure deliverables and service levels are met
• Support insurance related activities such as supporting staff enquiries/claims and managing enrolment/termination
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and other related assignments, assist in annual HR activities where required. e.g. performance appraisal exercises, salary and bonus reviews.
• Participate in continuous process improvement projects and policies review to implement standardisation and simplification initiatives to drive higher performance, efficiency and productivity within HR
• Manage internal and external audit activities for the HR department with various stakeholders
