Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking ayna HR Operations Intern to support the HR Business Partnering team in daily HR operations and the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The role involves managing headcount reports, analysing HR data, and preparing decks and reports for HR activities, including annual budgeting.

You will assist in recruitment, work with HR Shared Services and HRIS on transactions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis proficiency.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and prioritisation of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partnering team in daily HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle.
• Manage headcount reports and organisation charts.
• Analyse HR data and prepare related presentation decks and reports for HR activities, including budgeting.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening applicants and sharing shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services and HRIS to handle HR transactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the team.
