CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) is seeking an undergraduate intern to join our Singapore operations team. You will assist with SOP reviews, support operational frameworks, and contribute to data-driven dashboards for performance insights.

You will gain exposure to global hospitality operations, sustainability initiatives, and digital tools while preparing reports and training materials for internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills are expected.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn about operational excellence and global hospitality operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in reviewing, updating, and standardising SOPs across brands.
• Support development and refinement of operational frameworks (Pre-Opening, POP Review, Service & Product Review).
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights for operational dashboards and performance reports.
• Help coordinate global improvement projects, including sustainability, quality assurance, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in research, benchmarking, and identifying best practices across hospitality and service industries.
• Support the documentation and testing of digital tools (Pre-Opening Software, Audit Software, SOP chatbot).
• Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
