Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR Shared Services Executive on a 1-year contract at Raffles Place. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with a monthly salary of SGD 3,600 and a 1-month completion bonus.

The position includes 14 days of annual leave and provides training for those without prior experience. The selected candidate will assist with employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, work passes, record management, and HR projects, while ensuring compliance with company

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities and ensure smooth execution in line with company policies and local regulations
• Manage onboarding administration including employee screening, offer letters and employee declarations
• Initiate post-employment screening and highlight discrepancies to the relevant HR Business Partners
• Handle staff movements including transfers, secondments, employment conversions, re-employment and cessation
• Support activities relating to the Representative Notification Framework for financial advisers
• Administer work pass applications and renewals for employees and/or dependents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
• Ensure timely and proper storage of employee documentation
• Respond accurately and promptly to employee and stakeholder queries
• Support ex-staff reference checks
• Assist with other HR projects and duties as assigned
