Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd is assisting a world-leading semiconductor company in Singapore to fill a 12-month contract HR Ops role located at Woodlands and Bendemeer. The position requires travel between sites and regular office hours.

You will support onboarding, recruitment activities, and HR transactions across Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Paradox, ensuring accurate records and compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with 1–2 years' experience preferred.

Formación

• Diploma in HR, business administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in HR operations or recruitment support is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow or Paradox is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including communication and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, background screening, and document management for compliance.
• Schedule and reschedule interviews (in person or via Zoom).
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Process HR transactions using Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, and Paradox.
• Respond to queries via ServiceNow, email, and phone with knowledge base help.
• Maintain candidate and organizational records in HR systems.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Mobility to ensure smooth HR ops.
