Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Officer to assist with HR developmental reports and status tracking, as well as coordinating staff engagement events in Singapore. This entry-level role includes on-the-job training and is based near Lavender MRT.

You will track appraisal submissions, coordinate engagement events and health screenings, support Pulse Survey activities, and maintain filing for Mid-Term Review letters, while assisting the HR Management Unit with daily admin

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Track appraisal submissions and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate events and provide administrative support for engagement sessions and health screenings.
• Support Pulse Survey activities, including coordination and tracking.
• Maintain e-filing and documentation for Mid-Term Review letters.
• Assist HR Management Unit with general administrative coordination.
