Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. invites applications for an HR Operations Executive to support a public agency with manpower administration, employee life cycle activities and project management for a leadership development programme.

This is a 1-year contract, with monthly salary up to SGD 3,000 plus a completion bonus equal to one month's salary. Office hours, Monday to Friday, at Buona Vista.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, Business Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR operations experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administration of a leadership development programme, including recruitment, onboarding, deployment, secondment, extensions and offboarding.
• Maintain databases and ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Support the review, development and implementation of policies, SOPs, process guides, templates and communication materials, including version control and process improvements.
• Provide project management and secretariat support for scheme reviews and transformation initiatives, including coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Consolidate data, feedback and findings, and track project milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies while supporting the preparation of management papers, reports and presentations.
• Support HR and personnel administration, including coordination with HR teams, partner agencies and external stakeholders.
