Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Leader to direct all HR functions for a large industrial group.

You will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and policy development, while guiding a capable HR team. The role requires at least 5 years in HR, strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations, and hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction/industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Hands-on payroll administration and HRIS experience are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance mgmt, payroll, learning & development, compensation & benefits, operations.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, investigations and grievances.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook in compliance with employment laws.
• Oversee payroll administration including attendance, CPF, tax filings and salary payments.
