We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Manger to join our Group HR Team!

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
• Align HR strategies, policies, system and work processes to the organization’s business goals.
• Function as an effective business partner to various business units.
• Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources.
• Develop sourcing and staffing strategy plans and partner with internal hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
• Undertake other HR and administrative assignments or projects.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration.
• At least 8 years of related working experience, of which 3 – 5 years in managerial capacity.
• Dynamic individual with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to motivate, influence and build rapport at all levels.
• Assertive and proactive with good problem-solving ability.
