Job summary

Engineering Conglomerates in Singapore is seeking an Assistant HR Manager/HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR and elevate HR as a strategic partner. You will support leaders, align people strategies with business priorities, and ensure HR governance.

You'll own recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, learning & development, performance reviews, and employee engagement, while ensuring policy compliance and data-driven HR improvements.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end HR in a dynamic organization.

What Youll Do

Strategic HR & Stakeholder Partnering

• Partner closely with management and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and people-related risks
• Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning
• Identify gaps in HR practices and drive improvements

End-to-End HR
