Job summary

RevUp Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Singapore to lead the full HR spectrum. You will report to the CHRO and oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, L&D and employee relations to align HR initiatives with business goals.

You will drive engagement, ensure HR compliance, and partner with leadership to shape people strategies in a collaborative, fast-paced Retail sector environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
• 8+ years HR experience with demonstrated team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding/offboarding.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop employee development plans.
• Ensure HR policies are followed and address employee concerns.

About the Company

One of our clients in the Retail sector is looking for a HR Manager to join their highly collaborative team. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the HR Manager is critical in managing the full spectrum of HR operations and driving the strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives including recruitment, performance management, talent management, L&D and employee relationship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment as well as onboarding/offboarding process
• Conduct performance reviews and establish development plans for the employees
• Enforce HR compliance policies as a point of contact for employees concerns and grievances
• Organise wellness activities, engagement surveys, and training programs to enhance employee experience and drive team effectiveness and culture change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business-related field
• More than 8 years HR experience with team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
