Innergy Consulting Pte. in Singapore invites an experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the full spectrum of HR functions as the first HR hire for our Singapore office.

You will shape culture, systems and operations from the ground up, while supporting office setup and administrative needs during early growth. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
• Experience setting up HR processes for a new entity/startup preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin skills preferred for stakeholder liaison.

Responsabilités

• Establish HR policies, processes and systems compliant with local laws and guidelines.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance and relations.
• Handle work passes, MOM compliance and PDPA requirements.
• Support manpower planning, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Maintain HR records, payroll data and confidential files.
• Oversee registration for statutory requirements (CPF, MOM, passes).
• Develop onboarding materials and HR documentation.
• General office operations and vendor coordination during early growth.
• Ad-hoc projects and liaison with internal staff and external stakeholders.
