Job summary

RMC LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape people strategy in Singapore. You will develop HR policies, oversee recruitment, payroll, and HRIS, and drive performance management and employee development to support growth.

You will guide employee relations, ensure legal compliance under Singapore laws, and lead a small HR team while delivering data-driven insights to inform business decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and payroll administration.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retention strategies for all levels of staff.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead performance management processes, employee appraisals, and career development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
• Coach and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Support organizational development, change management, and employee engagement programs.
