Job summary

BABILOU FAMILY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources Department across talent acquisition, HR systems, projects and HRBP administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain hands-on exposure to Workday data, resume screening, onboarding and HR reporting, while liaising with agencies and stakeholders. A Diploma or Degree in HR or Business and strong MS Office skills are required, with a minimum 3-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing diploma or degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Willing to commit a minimum of 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition through Workday data management.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Maintain candidate tracker and liaise with agencies.
• Assist HRBP admin tasks and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to HR projects, events, and employer branding.
• Handle HR reports and documentation tasks.
