Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of handling data and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders.
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition – Workday (HRIS) data management and candidate tracking.
• Screen resumes and coordinate phone screenings and interviews.
• Manage company email leads and enquiries with professional template usage.
• Assist HRBPs with onboarding/offboarding and HR reporting.
• Contribute to HR projects, events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc HR operational tasks as required.
