Job summary

Hitachi Rail Singapore is offering an HR Intern position focused on talent strategy and HR operations. The role supports onboarding, offboarding, probation, and data analysis while gaining exposure to international teams.

We welcome students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration who are proactive, communicative, and proficient in MS Office. A 6-month commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop applicant pipelines by researching and connecting with potential talent sources.
• Coordinate and participate in career fairs to attract candidates and strengthen employer branding.
• Plan and execute engagement and networking events for current interns to enhance their experience.
• Design and administer end-of-internship surveys and feedback sessions, analyze results, and recommend improvements for the internship program.
• Create strategies to maintain engagement with students post-internship for future talent opportunities.
• Develop creative collateral for internal job fairs and announcements to promote awareness and encourage internal mobility.
