Qualifications

• Available for minimum 6 months, 3 days per week.
• Pursuing or obtained a relevant Bachelor Degree.
• Able to handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality.
• Demonstrated adaptability, initiative and leadership qualities.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Team player with a strong service quality and customer focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Prior knowledge of HR/insurance advantageous.
• Basic understanding of AI and its applications in business.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support internship program recruitment process from start to end (ads, CV screening, interview scheduling, documentation, background checks, new joiner orientation).
• Assist in processing HR-related invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist to prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
• Support HR communications (emails, newsletters, intranet updates).
• Support implementation of HR projects and initiatives (Well-Being, CSR, Diversity, staff cohesion).
• Other tasks and projects as assigned by HR Managers.
