Our Opportunity
The People & Culture team is looking for an intern to drive various People & Culture initiatives, strategies and process improvement tasks. The intern will have an opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Enhance the employee experience by playing a key role in designing, developing, and executing engaging activities and events that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Coordinate and support the internship recruitment process, from sourcing to screening candidates, contributing to the growth of the talent pipeline.
- Drive and support process improvement initiatives by analyzing, mapping, and optimizing HR workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the HR department.
- Develop and implement automation solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Power BI dashboards, to streamline reporting processes and deliver actionable insights.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR strategies and practices.
- Assist in a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
Qualifications & Capabilities
- Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field, with a strong interest in developing a career in HR.
- Available to commit at least 3 days per week over a 6‑month period.
- Proficient in Canva with the ability to create visually appealing content.
- Proficient in Excel to perform data analysis.
- AI skills (e.g., Power BI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) an advantage.
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward learning and contributing.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about making a meaningful impact on the employee experience and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team.
