Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage job advertisements and career fair postings across multiple job portals to attract talent.
• Assist in screening and shortlisting applicants.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist in preparing HR reports.
• Organize employee engagement activities and participate in feedback surveys.
• Engage in training and development opportunities related to HR practices.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at process improvement.
