Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Singapore invites driven students to join as a Human Resource Intern beginning Jan 2027. You will support training programs, assist onboarding, and help manage day-to-day HR operations under guidance from the HR team.

This hands-on role provides practical exposure to core HR functions, collaboration with internal stakeholders, and experience in people operations within a global, inclusive company.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with confidence in working with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Basic understanding of HR policies & practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in learning & development through the execution of training programs for employees in Singapore.
• Support the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
• Assist with the administration of HR initiatives, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• Support HR projects across the employee lifecycle.
