Job summary

Ma Kuang Chinese Medicine & Research Ctr Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Officer to manage end-to-end HR functions in Singapore. The role prioritizes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.

You will ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies, assist with government claims and statutory submissions, coordinate training and HR communications, and support ad hoc projects and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and administration.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Strong confidentiality and data handling.
• Ability to coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, engagement and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records (P-files/HR databases) with strict confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, regulations and HR policies.
• Assist processing government claims such as maternity/childcare leave and submissions.
• Coordinate internal/external HR communications and training schedules.
• Support organizing training events, logistics, catering and accommodation.
• Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
