Job summary

Ma Kuang Chinese Medicine & Research Ctr Pte Ltd seeks a proactive Human Resource Executive (Recruitment) to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding in Singapore.

You will administer work passes, maintain confidential HR records, ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws, assist payroll using Infotech, coordinate training and HR communications.

A Diploma/Degree in HRM or related field and minimum 3 years' recruitment experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HRM, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with Infotech payroll system preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding.
• Administer work passes via EPOL/WPOL platforms.
• Maintain accurate employee records with confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
• Assist payroll using Infotech and generate payroll reports.
• Assist government-related claims and HR communications.
• Coordinate training, recruitment events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support.
