Job summary

The International French School (Singapore) is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team immediately. This 6-month internship offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR records, and training projects in a dynamic, multicultural setting.

You will work full-time (42 hours/week) in Singapore, starting soon, with a monthly stipend. Learn practical HR operations, support daily administrative tasks, and contribute to projects that keep the team running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in HR, business, or management studies.
• Proactive, reliable, curious and eager to learn as part of a team.
• Interest in HR operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Recruitment: post openings, organize resumes, schedule interviews.
• Support New Employee Onboarding with welcome materials and paperwork.
• Maintain HR records in digital and physical systems.
• Assist Training and Development: help set up catalogs and improve processes.
• Contribute to HR projects and provide general HR support.
