Responsibilities

• Review job descriptions with leaders and post on platforms.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, including package negotiation.
• Review internal HR policies and procedures and make recommendations.
• Review insurance policies and make recommendations.
• Create marketing/digital content (newsletter, infographics, videos).
• Prepare HR-related reports (e.g., training budgets by department).
• Handle employee queries about benefits.
• Organise virtual training and networking events.
• Develop marketing materials/campaigns for social media and events.
• Resume screening and interview coordination.
