CTC Global Pte. Ltd. offers a part-time Human Resource Intern role in the Central Region of Singapore.

You will gain hands-on exposure across HR operations, including recruitment, records management, training support, and employee relations, while working under experienced HR professionals who mentor your development. Ideal candidates are studying HR, business, or psychology, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and are eager to learn.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Desire to learn about HR practices and employee relations; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with recruitment processes including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team (scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation).
• Assist with employee relations matters and HR projects as assigned.
