Job summary

SEA Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to collaborate with recruiters, map talent, and source candidates through diverse channels to meet business needs. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment support and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will manage screening, interview coordination, and logistics, while contributing to internal communications and staff engagement initiatives. A degree in HRM, business, or IT, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills,

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in HRM, business admin, or IT-related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source suitable candidates.
• Conduct talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates.
• Provide end-to-end support of key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, planning logistics and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support the team in internal engagement events.
• Assist in preparing communication materials for internal channels.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects for other HR verticals as required.

Job Description
