Olive Tree search is recruiting for a hands-on HR Manager / Generalist to support our client's new Singapore operations. The role covers Talent Acquisition, HR operations and employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders to implement people initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance processes and HR reporting, while driving culture, engagement and compliance in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Candidates with HR degree and limited experience are welcome.
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR administration is advantageous.
• Strong recruitment and sourcing knowledge; LinkedIn and online portals familiarity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organised and discreet.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Singapore office; sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and sourcing strategies.
• Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle and HR policies.
• Assist with contracts, compensation, HR reporting and compliance with local laws.
• Drive employee engagement, onboarding, performance management and HR projects.
