Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR Executive in the Bendemeer/Kallang area to support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee relations and general HR administration.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to department heads, manage recruitment cycles, ensure CPF and statutory submissions, and maintain accurate HR records while coordinating with management on people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in employee management, recruitment and payroll.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment law, CPF and statutory submissions.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations: main HR contact for department heads, manpower planning, performance appraisals and staff concerns.
• Recruitment: manage full cycle from job ads to interviewing and shortlisting.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, tax filings and leave claims.
• General Administration: maintain HR records and perform ad hoc tasks.
