Job summary

DSCO GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive (SG) to support day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. You will manage payroll, attendance, and leave administration while coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and preparing HR documents.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in HR management or related field, with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and excellent organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with the HR Manager and HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, leave administration and attendance records.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment: postings, CV screening, interviews and offers.
• Prepare employment contracts and various HR correspondence.
• Support compensation and benefits administration, including salaries and renewals.
• Respond to employees' HR inquiries and advise on policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate office administration and general vendor management.
• Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and processes.
