MindfulBear Private Limited in Singapore seeks an HR Generalist to manage payroll, contracts, onboarding, and staff relations. You will handle monthly payroll via Talenox, ensure compliance with the Employment Act, and maintain accurate records while safeguarding confidentiality.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR, a diploma/degree in HRM or related field, and familiarity with CPF, IRAS, MOM; IHRP certification is a plus. Hybrid role with a 5-day workweek and one day WFH.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1-3 years HR generalist experience.
• Familiarity with Employment Act and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM) is a plus.
• IHRP certification is a plus.
• Singaporean or PR

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time via Talenox, including CPF, tax, and statutory contributions.
• Administer incentive and commission payments for counsellor roles.
• Maintain payroll records and handle staff pay queries.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and variations.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records.
• Track and administer leave and statutory entitlements per the Employment Act.
• Monitor attendance and prepare monthly attendance report.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding, documentation, orientation, system access.
• Manage exit processes including final settlements and exit interviews.
• Support staff communications across both centres (WhatsApp updates, engagement touchpoints).
• Plan and run staff appreciation and wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide HR policy and process guidance; assist grievance, disciplinary, and investigations processes.
• Support compliance with Employment Act, MOM guidelines, and TAFEP Workplace Fairness.
• Keep HR policies and templates current with regulatory changes.
• Any other Ad hoc duties if required.
