Job summary

SUNTEC CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Singapore to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll liaison, and compliance with local regulations.

You will collaborate with project teams to forecast manpower needs and ensure smooth deployment while handling confidential information with integrity. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in HRM or Business Administration, 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in construction or project-based

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to collaborate with staff at all levels.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertisement creation, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation, onboarding, and deployment for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment records and partner with departments to monitor manpower needs.
• Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and salary adjustments.
• Manage employee records, leave, and HR databases to support operations and compliance.
