Job summary

Neo & Goh Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage full spectrum HR functions, drive recruitment and onboarding, and maintain accurate employee records. You will support performance reviews, employee development plans, payroll processing, HR reporting, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, while coordinating engagement activities.

Diploma or degree in HR, minimum 3 years HR experience, excellent communication, and integrity are required

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience (executive level or above preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
• Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data
• Support performance appraisal and employee development plans
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Assist in payroll processing and HR reporting
• Manage employee records and expense claims
• Manage email account
• Maintain proper filing system, documentation, and database of employees and work permit holders
• Support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned.
