Job summary

BURNT ENDS RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced environment. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records, ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS and WICA requirements.

The role covers payroll support, work passes, letters, and HR documentation while collaborating with management to support staff across the business. Strong Excel and HR systems experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Proven ability in recruitment, onboarding, payroll support and HR documentation.
• Experience with Singapore HR regulatory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS, WICA).
• Experience handling work passes, onboarding, and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow-up.
• Oversee onboarding: P-file, LOA, new hire forms, orientation, profile setup, and follow-ups.
• Manage work pass matters: applications, renewals, cancellations, and related records.
• Maintain HR records, contracts, letters, trackers and HR system updates.
• Prepare and review HR letters: confirmations, salary letters, transfers, promotions, warnings, terminations.
