Job summary

Heng Long Catering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR activities. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance and HR administration, while ensuring compliance with MOM, CPF and other statutory requirements.

This role also covers employee relations, performance management, training, policy development and handling resignation, termination, and ad-hoc HR duties to support a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in handling end-to-end HR functions.
• Recruitment, onboarding and employee records management.
• Payroll processing, attendance and CPF/statutory matters.
• MOM work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Employee relations, performance management and training.
• Policy development and adherence to MOM compliance.
• Handle ad-hoc HR duties with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full HR spectrum including recruitment, onboarding and records.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave, claims and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate MOM passes, renewals and cancellations for employees.
• Support ER, disciplinary actions and performance management.
• Drive training initiatives and HR policy implementation.
