Job summary

SUNLAND (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist/Admin to manage personnel files, payroll support, recruitment activities, and regulatory compliance in Singapore. The role covers general HR operations and statutory requirements for local and foreign workers.

The ideal candidate will handle salary calculations, benefits administration, leave processing, and respond to employee inquiries, ensuring adherence to MOM regulations and internal HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee personnel files, contracts, and HR records.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and statutoryrequirements.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, anddeductions.
• Verify attendance records and ensure accuracy in salary computation.
• Support submission of CPF contributions and other statutory payments.
• Support recruitment activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, andonboarding.
• Assist in administering employee benefits, leave applications, and medicalclaims.
• Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company HR policies.
• Coordinate with site supervisors on manpower deployment and attendancetracking.
• Assist in processing work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain records of SEC certifications and other mandatory training for foreignworkers.
