Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR and administrative functions. The role involves handling employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation with close coordination across departments.

What you bring: a Diploma in HR management and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Work location is Pasir Ris, with standard Monday to Friday hours and a base salary of up to SGD 3,500 plus a 1-month completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Dip in HR management.
• Min 1 year of relevant work experience as an HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including employee records, documentation, correspondence, and general HR enquiries.
• Assist with Work Permit (WP) applications, renewals, and MOM-related documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes and provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, leave, and attendance records.
• Liaise with employees and relevant departments to coordinate HR-related requests, documentation, and administrative matters.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, forms, and other administrative documents as required.
