Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage Learning & Development, training administration, payroll verification and HRIS duties within a manufacturing setting.

You will handle leave, time management, benefits, file management and vendor relations, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws. The ideal candidate has 2+ years HR experience, a degree in HR or related field, strong MS Office skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive, confident, self-motivated & team-oriented.
• Familiar with Singapore employment legislation.
