Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and compensation processes, employee benefits, and engagement initiatives. The role covers end-to-end recruitment support, vendor management, and HR administration across the organization.

The ideal candidate will drive positive employee experiences, maintain leadership dashboards, and collaborate with functional managers on headcount planning and payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment support from sourcing, screening, interview arrangements, reference checks, and salary recommendations.
• Vendor/agency management and headcount/capacity planning with functional managers.
• Onboarding/offboarding: support integration and training for new employees; manage departure processes including documentation and HRIS entry.
• Performance & Compensation: support calibration, compensation planning, probation, performance, and mid-year promotion cycles; help with career development plans.
• Insurance & Benefits: renewals/remarketings, welfare/awards programs, benefits queries and claims; payroll data preparation.
• Employee Engagement: drive initiatives for a positive employee experience; maintain talent dashboards for leadership reviews; support internal programs.
• HR Administration: maintain personnel files/HRIS records; manage leave system; coordinate with Finance for payroll delivery; develop an HR playbook for repeatable processes.

Job description

Talent Acquisition

• End-to-end recruitment support from sourcing, screening, interviews arrangements, reference/background checks, salary recommendations, vendor/agency management, and headcount/capacity planning with functional managers

Onboarding/Offboarding

• Support integration and training for new employees
• manage departure processes including documentation, stakeholder communication, and HRIS entry

Performance & Compensation

• Own annual performance calibration end-to-end (materials prep for leadership)
• own compensation planning cycle (benchmarking, administration)
• support probation, performance, and mid-year promotion cycles
• support career development plans and localize regional development frameworks

Insurance & Benefits

• Support annual insurance renewal/remarketing
• manage employee welfare and awards programs
• resolve benefits queries and claims
• maintain benefits data in HR system and prepare monthly payroll reports

Employee Engagement

• Drive initiatives for a positive employee experience
• maintain talent dashboards for quarterly leadership reviews
• support internal program design (annual summit, forums, mentorship program)
• champion team causes and best practices

HR Administration

• Maintain personnel files and HRIS records
• manage leave system
• coordinate with Finance for payroll delivery
• develop an HR playbook for repeatable processes
