Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support Talent Acquisition and HR operations across the APAC region, with focus on Singapore and Malaysia. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience and deliver high-quality HR shared services to employees and managers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam).

The role involves coordinating interviews across time zones, managing onboarding and offboarding in SG and MY, maintaining HRIS data, and producing APAC

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in recruitment coordination and HR operations, regional or multi-country setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and organization in the ATS and other recruiting tools.
• Serve as primary scheduling contact for candidates and interviewers across multiple time zones.
• Manage interview logistics including room bookings and video conferencing setup.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring activities as needed.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
• Advertise and manage job postings on job boards with accurate listings.
• Manage onboarding and pre-onboarding for SG and MY, including background checks and contracts.
• Oversee offboarding for SG and MY, including exit surveys and documentation.
• Maintain and update APAC HRIS data for SG, MY, and Emerging Asia.
• Provide first-level HR support via ServiceNow for SG, MY, and Emerging Asia.
• Compile and maintain APAC HR KPI Dashboard monthly.
• Perform other assigned HR tasks as needed.

This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering high-quality HR shared services to employees and managers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and organization in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and interviewers, coordinating virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage interview logistics including room bookings, video conferencing setup, and candidate travel arrangements.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring activities as needed.
• Track and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
• Advertise and manage job postings on job boards, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant listings
• Manage pre-onboarding & onboarding processes for Singapore and Malaysia, including background checks, medical health screenings, and employment contracts.
• Oversee offboarding processes for Singapore and Malaysia, including exit surveys and documentation.
• Maintain and update HRIS data for Singapore, Malaysia, Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam)
• Provide first-level HR support via ServiceNow for Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam)

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
