ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive (Regional - HRIS Focus) in Bedok to drive HRIS implementation and digitalisation initiatives.

You will work on automating onboarding, leave, claims, and performance management, while ensuring data accuracy and robust system controls across multiple countries. The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience with HRIS exposure, payroll processing, and vendor coordination.

• Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with HRIS, digital HR projects, and automation initiatives.
• Experience in payroll processing and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of HRIS systems.
• Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, including automating workflows (onboarding, leave, claims, performance management).
• Review and improve existing HR processes, and identify opportunities for automation.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth system rollout and integration.
• Ensure data accuracy, proper system controls, and clear documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and basic analysis to support decision-making.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
• Prepare HR reports, track data, and provide general HR/Admin support as needed.
• Support HR process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with organisational changes and integration activities.
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and company events.

Job Description

Position Title: HR Executive (Regional - HRIS Focus)

Working Location: Bedok

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus

Duration: 1-year Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of HRIS systems
• Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, including automating workflows (e.g. onboarding, leave, claims, performance management)
• Review and improve existing HR processes, and identify opportunities for automation
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth system rollout and integration
• Ensure data accuracy, proper system controls, and clear documentation
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and basic analysis to support decision-making
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance HR efficiency
• Prepare HR reports, track data, and provide general HR/Admin support as needed
• Support HR process improvement initiatives
• Assist with organisational changes and integration activities
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and company events (e.g. team bonding, townhalls, celebrations)

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience, including exposure to HRIS, digital HR projects, and process improvement or automation initiatives
• Experience in payroll processing, working with payroll vendors, and handling claims, grants, or HR-related submissions
• Familiarity with employment practices in Singapore, Malaysia, or Hong Kong, with exposure to multi-country HR operations being a plus
• Experience using HR systems with advanced or automated features, including HR process improvement or workflow automation, is an advantage
• Experience in ESG or HR data reporting is an added advantage
